Bulkpowders Protein Cookie Mix used to come in 2 flavours, but they appear to have discontinued the White Chocolate and Raspberry, and only sell the Chocolate Hazelnut now. Despite this lack of flavour choice, I can't recommend this product enough. It's by no means perfect, but if baked correctly, these taste great for a protein treat, and the value for money is amazing.
These are on site for £4.99, but BP regularly do a 30-40% off sale, making these an absolute steal.
I've made these a few times now, the first time I over-baked them and they sucked, they were all rubbery and lame, still edible but meh.
I learnt my lesson and the second time around I put them in the oven for the lower end of the suggested time, I think it's about 7 minutes, and they tasted much better. Although good, they still had that usual protein taste to them.
I looked at the nutritional info and decided that a little extra sugar couldn't hurt, so the third time I got these, I added a small bag of chocolate chips to the mix, and oh my... nom nom fricken nom! so good!
Each 200g pouch easily makes the suggested 12 cookies.
Oh and I recommend coconut oil instead of oil.
